Villa R is based on a clear layout, in which the volumes are arranged naturally, prioritising proportion and continuity. The interior spaces flow into one another without rigid divisions, creating a fluid sequence that encourages open visual connections and a unified perception of the house.
The living area takes centre stage, functioning as a thoroughfare and connecting to the outdoor spaces. The relationship with the surroundings is constant: the openings are carefully calibrated to frame the landscape and guide light into the interior, without compromising the quality of the spaces.
The design is defined by a restrained aesthetic, characterised by clean surfaces, carefully selected materials and controlled detailing. Natural light shapes the volumes and enhances the perception of space, helping to create a balanced and contemporary atmosphere.
Villa R is a home that finds its identity in balance, where every element is carefully calibrated to create harmony between interior, exterior and landscape
