Villa LB was conceived as a project centred on the relationship between interior space and the landscape, without any formal constraints.
The layout is simple and straightforward: the rooms flow seamlessly into one another, avoiding rigid hierarchies and prioritising a clear layout. The living area opens outwards and serves as the connecting point between the different parts of the house, whilst the more private spaces retain a more intimate atmosphere.
The openings are designed to establish a precise relationship with the surroundings, selecting views and guiding the entry of light. Materials are used with balance, without decorative effects, but to create a coherent and measured environment.
The design is defined by subtraction, allowing an essential space to emerge, where every choice is guided by the pursuit of clarity and proportion
