The project proposes a formal language characterised by pure, proportionate volumes, where the rigorous interplay of solids and voids defines a sequence of coherent exterior and interior spaces. The main façade opens up through large glass openings that frame the views, while brise soleil and horizontal screens modulate the Mediterranean light to ensure comfort and well-being.
The internal layout is organised on two levels, with a spatial strategy that favours visual continuity and fluidity of movement. The living areas communicate harmoniously with the outdoor spaces, thanks to large windows that provide continuity. The sleeping areas are more private and intimate, ensuring privacy for spaces dedicated to rest.
Villa Roberta also stands out for its choice of materials: light surfaces and natural materials interact with the context.
The house is designed as a place for everyday living, but also as a means of connecting with the landscape: the generous spaces, filtered light and internal-external pathways define a refined, balanced and accessible living experience.
Villa Roberta is a piece of architecture that seeks purity of form, quality of living and a strong relationship with the place.
