PP is a project born from the idea of proposing essential architecture, where the design gesture is measured in the simplicity of forms and the clarity of spatial relationships. The volume is arranged in the space with balance, without forcing, defining bright and comfortable environments, oriented towards the context but at the same time cosy and protected.
The compositional layout is rigorous: a compact body, carved out by clean cuts that introduce light and depth. The project works by subtraction, eliminating any superfluous elements to leave room for the quality of the built space. Clean surfaces, calibrated openings and natural materials make up a building that prioritises living comfort, visual continuity and climate control.
The openings are not simple windows, but true architectural devices: they frame portions of the landscape, modulate solar radiation and create rhythm on the façade. The relationship between solids and voids generates a dynamic but measured composition, where light becomes a design material.
An architecture that finds strength in the scale, proportion and quality of everyday space.
