Casa Martina interprets the theme of private residence with a contemporary and calibrated language, made up of pure volumes and clear proportions. The project opens up to the surrounding landscape with loggias and strategic views, modulating natural light and creating protected but visually permeable spaces.
The internal layout favours fluid paths and continuity between functions: the living areas relate to the outdoors through large openings, while the sleeping area prioritises privacy and comfort.
