Casa P is a single-family residence located in a compact residential setting, where privacy and quality of space become the focus of the project. The compact and rigorous volume is developed around a central courtyard that becomes a generative void: a space of light, air and silence.
The architecture is revealed to the outside with closed, textured façades, defined by continuous solids and clean cuts. The real breath of fresh air comes from the interior, where the windows interact with the patio and natural materials – stone, wood, mineral plasters – create a calm and protected atmosphere.
The rooms are arranged in a fluid manner, with a clear distinction between the day and night areas, and great attention to orientation and solar control. The flat, geometric roof contributes to the formal cleanliness of the project.
