Project of a villa in the Etna countryside
Scatter is a project that interprets architecture as a free distribution of points, relationships and spaces. The concept stems from the idea of “scattering” elements in space with an apparently random but controlled rhythm: volumes, cuts, openings and paths are arranged according to a logic of visual and functional connection, generating spaces that invite you to move, pause and look.
The composition is based on a dynamic interweaving of solids and voids in irregular sequences, giving rise to a sequence of interior and exterior environments that interact with each other and with the context. Textured surfaces, sloping planes and calibrated openings filter natural light, creating different atmospheres and spaces for informal interaction.
Scatter is an architecture that breaks free from traditional orthogonal systems to offer fluid spaces.
