The design concept behind Villa Chiara is based on the desire to create a pure, clear and proportionate volume that opens naturally onto the surrounding landscape. Light is the true generative element of the project: orientations, openings and full-empty relationships are calibrated to capture the sun’s rays throughout the day, creating bright and liveable spaces.
The architectural composition favours clean horizontal lines and textured surfaces that reflect the local context, without unnecessary effects.
Inside, the layout of the rooms is designed to promote spatial continuity and everyday comfort: the living areas open onto the outdoor spaces, while the sleeping areas are more secluded. The choice of materials helps to create a welcoming, bright and timeless atmosphere.
The characteristic feature of this building is the old wine press, which has been restored and transformed into a convivial space, while retaining its original function through the creation of a wine cellar.
Villa Chiara is a building that blends into the landscape with discretion and dignity: essential, measured and focused on the quality of the living space.
